Business Owners who took Credit Card payments from customers between 2004 and 2019 using Visa or Mastercard may have been overcharged credit card processing fees.
As part of a Class Action Settlement, Visa & Mastercard agreed to pay between $5.5 Billion and $6.28 Billion in refunds to affected business owners.
Companies may submit a claim to discover how much they were overcharged, then the refunds will be calculated after the deadline based on total claims submitted.
Eligible claims must be submitted by February 4th 2025 to qualify.
